Exciting opportunity to build an Orthopedic practice . Excellent reimbursement mix. Practice in only one hospital with virtually no trauma. Strong referral system with a defined need. Currently one very busy orthopedist in the community who is supportive of hospital's recruitment efforts and willing to form cross coverage relationship with new physician. Expect no more than ten days of ER unassigned call coverage per month.(1:3)
