Responsibilities:
Ensure that objectives and goals of the department are relevant and consistent with goals and objectives of the hospital
Maintains exemplary professional interpersonal communication skills, display advanced analytical ability, logical thinking, proficiency in concept
formation and conceptualization of complex theories.
Exhibits the ability to organize and plan work activities, make independent decisions, and accept and delegate responsibility.

Requirements for this job:
Graduate degree in Specialty or Education required, with undergraduate degree in specialty
5 years pediatric clinical experience
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Eight years of RN experience required to include one year experience in intensive care nursing
Two or three years experience as a supervisor or lead RN
CPR certification at both pediatric and adults levels
