Responsibilities:
Utilizes extensive knowledge of pathophysiology, pharmacology, and physiology to exercise judgment in the assessment, nursing diagnosis, and initiation of certain delegated medical processes and procedures.
Works in collaboration with a physician and other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide patient/family-centered care to meet the needs of patients and their families.
These may include psychosocial support, education, pain management and discharge planning.

Requirements for this job:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Masters NP Program
Current license in practicing state
Minimum one year of experience in Palliative Care as a Nurse Practitioner
CPR Certification
