Hemodialysis Clinical Software Application Specialist Trainer, must be able to monitor Software Applications, FDS08/HyperCare/iCare

Description
 

Position involved working in external dialysis units, training the clinical and technical staff on the operation of the Medical information system product line developed within the RTG division (will train). Trainer must be able to troubleshoot operator errors as well as hardware problems, provide telephone support to customers, and communicate with a variety of disciplines (physicians, nurses, patient care technicians, biomedical and IT staff). Job requires 80% (+) travel; Comfortable on Excel and Word.

Requirements
 

Self motivated individual, excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, flexibility in last minute schedule changes, basic level of knowledge of our dialysis machines, both from a technical and operational perspective, some level of experience in dialysis, is a plus. Two-year degree is preferred, but H.S. is acceptable with a certificate in a related area of clinical or technical training.
