Responsibilities:
Responsible for the examination, diagnosis and treatment of patients within the scope of physician's training and experience.

Requirements for this job:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in specialty area
Licensed in practicing state (M.D. or D.O.)
Graduate from an accredited School of Medicine
Completion of an approved residency program in area of specialty
Must be able to meet criteria for medical staff privileges
Applicable narcotics and controlled substance numbers and licenses
