Mercy Gilbert Medical Center opened in June 2006. At present, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center has 206 private rooms with guest accommodations, with the capacity to expand to 400 beds over the next five years.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
 

Flexible Staffing or PRN is a non-benefited position. There are 3 levels of Flexible Staffing each requiring more shifts per schedule (2 pay periods). This position is for Level I.

* Level I requires 2 shifts within one schedule.
* Level II requires 6 shifts.
* Level III requires 10 shifts Level I requires no holiday or weekend coverage.

Level II & III do require some holiday & weekend coverage as needed by department.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

1. ADN, Diploma, BSN or foreign equivalent
2. Three (3) year emergency or critical care experience preferred
3. Experience in the care of pediatric patient preferred
4. Previous experience with personal computers preferred

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

1. Current AZ State RN License in good standing
2. Current BLS healthcare provider card
3. Current ACLS card to be obtained within 9 months of hire
4. Current ENPC card for to be obtained within 9 months of hire
