Requirements for this job:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Current RN license within the state of practice.
Current critical care experience preferred or a minimum of three years med-surg experience recommended.
Must possess a thorough knowledge of nursing principles, ability to provide quality patient care and assess patient's needs (i.e., clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual).
Able to function well in stressful situations and good, creative, problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership skills with ability to prioritize and delegate.
Excellent interpersonal, organization, written and verbal skills required.
