OverView:
In addition to Ongoing Travel needs, we are also looking for experienced RN ICU/Tele staff to join our Travel TeamThis Team will be used to assist various facilities in Central and West Phoenix. You will not initailly be based at one facility rather you will help meet needs for a selection of our Banner facilities.Pre scheduling may be possible Travel assignments are now available starting October 26th. The positions are for Day Shifts Sign up early and plan to spend Winter in Sunny Arizona Travel assignments include: 13 week assignments 12 hour shifts available Insurance benefits available Housing provided (or salary adjustment in lieu) Flexible start dates Bonus at the completion of 13 week assignments Travel allowance As a Banner Traveler you can receive $500 when you refer:? Responsibilities:
SUMMARY:Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with facility and departmental policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under his/her direction. The Registered Nurse utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of patients on his or her assigned unit. BHS Service Standards and support of healing environment are exhibited in all aspects of the Registered Nurse's performance.

Qualifications:
Requires current RN license in the state you will be practicing or compact or Temp License. Must have all required certifications for the specialty areas you will work (BLS, ACLS) Relates throughout the interview process the experience, training and education needed to perform the job. Banner Staffing Services Travel Team positions require a minimum of 18 months experience in an acute care hospital setting.Experience must include working in an ICU/Tele setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse PRFIVE5
