Progressive healthcare facility in the upper midwest seeking a Director of Nursing for the Surgical/Pediatrics Units.
- Implement effective use of staff, facilities, and equipment while
maintaining patient care standards
- Lead performance improvement initiatives, mentor and evaluate staff
- Formulate budget and maintain expenditures
- Communicate and synergize with multiple departments and department leaders
Requirements:
- Bachelors in nursing required
- Masters highly preferred
- Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience
